Biography
In 1976, the People's Poetess of Uzbekistan, Zulfiyaxonim, wished Qutlibeka well on her first poetry series in "Saodat" magazine, noting that in the young poetess's exercises, the effort to understand and analyze society was paramount.
Qutlibeka Rahimboeva was awarded the title of "Honored Cultural Worker of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in 1994 and the "Shuhrat" medal in 1999.
Qutlibeka Rahimboeva also finished writing a dramatic work titled "Tohirning Zuhrosi." As a translator, she has translated the works of poetesses like Lesya Ukrainka and Marina Tsvetaeva.
While the tragedies of the "Uzbek case" are generalized in the poetess's doston "Qishning Oxirlari," the doston "Tavba" discusses a broken person who lived two different lives, lived in two different forms, and sacrificed himself for the interests of society, his mental suffering and tragic fate.
She was born on February 9, 1952, in Toshovuz. She graduated from the faculty of Uzbek language and literature of the Fergana State Pedagogical Institute.
She worked in middle school, at the Institute of Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi, and at the Gafur Gulyam Publishing House of Literature and Art. Currently, she works at "Saodat" magazine.

For a number of poetry series created in recent years, she has received awards from the "O'zbekiston Adabiyoti va San'ati" newspaper, the "Sharq Yulduzi" magazine, and the "Smena" monthly published in Moscow.
